  • Payment: Payment for tickets is processed securely through the Ticketon platform. Any disputes or issues with payments must be addressed directly with Ticketon. AlemApp is not liable for any payment discrepancies or refund issues related to Ticketon purchases.
  • Event Cancellations and Refunds: Event cancellations, refunds, or changes to the purchased tickets are governed by Ticketon’s policies. AlemApp will not be held responsible for such matters, and users must contact Ticketon directly for any inquiries related to ticket purchases.

3.2. Integration with Airalo

AlemApp provides integration with Airalo, a third-party provider of eSIM services, to enhance connectivity during your travels.
API Usage: When purchasing an eSIM through Airalo via AlemApp, the service is provided by Airalo. By using this feature, you agree to comply with Airalo's terms and conditions.
Payment: Payments for Airalo services are handled directly through Airalo’s secure payment gateway. AlemApp does not process or store your payment details related to Airalo transactions.
Service Coverage and Issues: AlemApp is not responsible for any service issues, coverage problems, or other issues arising from the use of Airalo services. For support with eSIM issues, users should contact Airalo’s customer support.

4. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using AlemApp, including when booking services through Ticketon or purchasing eSIM services via Airalo.
Compliance: By using AlemApp, you agree to comply with the terms of both Ticketon and Airalo when utilizing their services through our platform. Failure to do so may result in termination of your access to these integrated services.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments made through the Website for third-party services, such as event tickets and eSIM purchases, are processed by the respective third-party provider. AlemApp does not handle payment transactions directly for these services.
  • Tickets: For ticket purchases made through Ticketon, refunds and payment disputes are governed by Ticketon’s policies.
  • eSIM Purchases: For purchases made through Airalo, refunds and disputes are handled by Airalo, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
